I have modprobe ne io=0x320 irq=10 in bootlocal.sh & the module gets loaded (ISA card). Where to put lines to get ip from dhcp at boot time? Control panel works, but it does not save for boot time.

Just add pump -i eth0 after your modprobe command in /opt/bootlocal.sh
