first of all, I'm a completly new user of DSL, but I already like it. But of course there are a few problems. Currently I'm testing it on an other PC.

Current Situation:
PC1: Win XP, Asus P4C800 mainboard with a wireless network card (shared through win XP standard settings) that shares the internet to the on-board card.

PC2: DSL on an 64MB USB stick. Asus K8N mainboard.

But it doesn's find a network card. How can i connect this PC on the network, or install a driver?

I already tried to boot this PC with an 3com 3C905 networkcard, but in won't boot at all

Been using DSL for about a year now, have the same issue on my ASUS pundit-r.

DSL 2.1 works ok, will indentify the on board network adapter as a 3Com, but all subsequent versions will not find the on-board adapter.

Not sure what changed in the hardware scans after version 2.1 ?

Same problem here (dsl can't detect pundit-r network card). Anyone has idea on how to fix this?

Looks like someone else had the same problem:

Kernel Patch

and fixed it on the 2.4.28 kernel.....
