Hello.
Iam using a Acer Aspire 1691:
Intel Pentium M 730
15,4" WXGA Acer Crystalbrite TFT LCD
ATI mobility Radeon x700 PCI express 64MB Vram
Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet BCM5788
Intel pro 2200BG
i have given up on the Intel pro 2200BG but maybe you could help me with the other networkcard.
I have looked in this formu and i have tryed this:
Boot into DSL - bring up the menu (right mouse click)
Select 'myDSL -> initialize Broadcom 5700'
Double click on 'DSLpanel' (on the desktop)
Select 'Netcardconfig'
but that doesent work.
and i also have som other problems if that could be good for you to know,
DSL / System / System stats dosent work nothing happens when i try.
and the DSLpanel hangs several times when i try to use the it.
I boot from LiveCd with dsl acpi=Off
maybe i should use some more codes there?

it seems that DSL loads wrong drivers to the network card the leds on the card lights untill he has auto config during boot.
so then he lost the card.
a few days ago, i dont rember how i checked it but then i had
Eth0: Tigon 3
hope this could help you to sort things out for me.
