Hi guys,
Im trying to get an old 'dumb' terminal to hook up to my DSL box.. for no purpose other than something to do on a rainy day really, but i cant seem to get it to connect and I work out where to change serial port options, and I may not have my inittab line right for the getty that DSL uses.
In /etc/inittab i have added
5:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty -L 19200 ttyS0 vt102
and i cant seem to get anything after an init q
I realise i will need to add anything i change to the backup file to make it persistant but just want to get it working first
