That was my output from cardctl status. Unfortunately seems your card isn't supported. I grepped through 18.104.22.168 pcmcia net drivers too, without any mention of micronet. But, since it's a cardbus card, "lspci" will show it's chipset, and perhaps you can find an out-of-kernel driver.
