I don't have a windows share up right now, but try this:

Start LinNeighborhood

Choose Edit -> Preferences...     from the top menu

Click on the Post Mount tab.

Make the bottom text entry box look like this:

emelfm $MOUNTPOINT

and push the save button.  Then push the close button.

Hopefully this works for you.

Some programs require that the pointer is directly over the scroll bar or mouse scrollwheel does not work.
