The questions are; can I share a dial-up connection on Damn Small Linux? Is it hard to setup(cause I'm a newb, when it comes to linux)? and where can I find a supported hardware list for DSL?

iptables is a packet filter/router which can be set up as an Internet firewall/connection sharing utility.  It can be downloaded from the DSL repository.  A Google search for iptables modem sharing (or something to that effect) would give you the configuration details.
