I'm willing to use my AMD-K6 300MHz, 32 MB ram, mitac laptop as a web server. I have a C54RU (Conceptronic wireless USB netcard) and tried to install its drivers (it's ndiswrapper supported), but something is wrong.
  I did:
  cp /driversdirectory/*.* /directory/ ndiswrapper -i /directory/CRTUSB.inf
I used CRTUSB.inf as they say in ndiswrapper. Now when I check the drivers (ndiswrapper -l) it says the hardware is NOT connected. I rebooted to see if that was the matter... and know each time I boot my computer it freezes in:
PCMCIA found, starting cardmgr. cardmgr[53]: starting, version is 3.2.2
And there it stays. I have to switch off the computer and boot again as to boot correctly. But the next time it will still do the same, even if I erase the drivers (ndiswrapper -e CRTUSB.inf).
What's wrong? Or what am I doing wrong? Can please anybody help me?
