I don't want to get involved in finding drivers etc.

I just want something that I will put in and have it work immediately.

Most wired ethernet cards work.

The 3com ones are excellent choices.

Wireless cards are a different story.  There is a thread in the forums called "wireless compatibility list" or something like that.  Try searching the forums for this post.
