I am on an IBM A30 Thinkpad with a Netgear MCA521.  I found a way to get my card working under DSL.  I do this by mounting my XP harddrive, and than using ndiswrapper to wrap the .inf from windows.  After I use ndiswrapper however my keyboard entry seems to get buffered.  I type stuff in and it doesn't show up for like 5 seconds, if I switch windows and the text hadn't gone through yet it puts it in the other window.  The same thing happens if I copy and paste.  Any ideas on how to stop this?  I have used the Windows 2k driver, and the Windows 98 driver with the same effect.  I used the dsl toram feature and just the normal booting, same thing.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I use ndiswrapper on an IBM 770 with a Microsoft MN-720 cardbus PCMCIA card.

I did get my drivers from ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net, not M$.
.. as ndiswrapper suggested NOT to use the ones from M$,
and offered another driver to use in place of them..

I've not seen any issues like you have described ..  sri.

Hi,

I was just wondering if you'd found any solution to this problem you describe? I'm using Ubuntu and having the same problem, though it goes away when I unplug my (external) wireless card...
