I can't detect or connect to my winxp compouters?
I can get online through all 3 machines (dsl and 2 windows), but if I do smbtree or smbclient //comp/share or look in samba nothing appears. I have a bit of a wierd setup:

bedroom--

DSL laptop---router port 1
winxp laptop acting as wireless-wired bridge--router WAN port
(wireless connection
Kitchen--

modem---router WAN
wincp comp---router port 1

Any help would be appreciated.

Try this.

Go to a Windows computer and open a command prompt window.

Type:

ipconfig

and write down the computer's IP address.

Then enter this address into smbclient instead of the computer name.
