Afternoon. I just downloaded DSL 2.0 onto my Dell 9200. I burned an ISO on it and booted it up. Well, everything looks fine except that my network card (Broadcom 440x) doesn't activate.

I checked the forum here, and it looked like a couple of folks had success with other cards doing the following:

sudo su
modprobe (b44, in my case)
netcardconfig
exit
exit

Well, my card still doesn't come up. I can check with ifconfig and it has an entry for eth0, but the light on my LAN doesn't light. The card works fine in XP and PCLinuxOS and Ubuntu. I'd appreciate any ideas, as I'd like to stick DSL onto my USB drive. Thanks.
