Hi,

First thing, DSL ROCKS!

:p

Now onto the spec,

I have a VERY old laptop HP omnibook 600CT, 486DX4/75mhz 24mb ram and a 170mb PCMCIA Hard drive.

Now the problem, the laptop doesnt have a cdrom so i had to do the install using another DSL box and then make a grub boot disk, but that isnt really the problem, the laptop boots fine and is quite fast to boot, but once its booted there is no PCMCIA which is kind of important as that has the network card in...

So my question is can i start PCMCIA after its booted ? or is there something i need to add to the boot ? which i dont know where to put since i am using a grub boot disk :(

ANY help is welcome!

Also if more info is needed let me know  :O

Thanks all
Bye.
