I have an Older Laptop With out a sound card and i rememberd that you could use the pc speaker to play sound in linux (I have done it in windows) So i found these pages
http://www.geocities.com/stssppnn/pcsp.html
http://www.linuxgazette.com/issue69/mathew.html
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=1362
I have read all of these pages and really tried to use the driver from the last link , but i'm new to linux and can not seam to figure out how to install this driver.
How do i applie the patch to the Linux source directory ?
make does not work , I ran apt-get install make to be sure i had it. It said it upgraded my make package.
Thanx for any help
