To change the boot options automatically, that depends on how you are booting DSL.
I guess you'd be using the default 'current' iso for your livecd.  To change them all you have to do is edit the cfg in the isolinux dir in the iso. You will have to reburn this though.

I guess you'd be using grub, so you'll have to edit [....]/boot/grub/menu.lst
or wherever the config is installed to.
