I was wondering how I can use the prism2 driver for my Netgear MA401 on DSL. For some reason it defaults to the orinoco driver which i do not want to go into promiscuous mode with.

I have read some posts but they just ended up in arguments so please find some solution for me.

Try booting with the option nodhcp then select prism2 to setup you ma401. If you use wep then enter key with colon separated pairs, i.e. 99:99:99...
