Hi, forgive a complete linux beginners question, but when running DSL-live CD on my old Latitude CPiA 400xt laptop, scrolling through webpages is really smooth, but when after Ive done a regular HDD or frugal HDD install, wich completes without any problem, scrolling the webpages in firefox goes much slower and is quite jerky. Am I missing something obvious? Live-cd and hdd-install runs xserver in same mode.
Ok this is my first ever writing on a forum, break it easy on me ;)

Well problem solved, wish i knew exactly how, think it was some change in xserver and a couple of reboots and voila! Scrolling the webpages smothly as ever...

DSL works fine for me and my old computer!
