sorry for bad english!
hello! i finally runned the dsl on this very ancient laptop that have 64mb ram, 2gb hd, 166mhz pentium mmx. but i must use the cheat code fb800x600 (otherwise i see a very bad graphic that i can't use). So it works all perfectly and fine but i have to install that distro on my pc. i followed the instruction for install dsl on hd: i created a linux partition (with partition magic) and booted dsl with "install" param and then choosed "Install on hd" all worked fine. After setting the pw for root and dsluser, DSL started. but when x-server starts i get always the same error, similar to this
"XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0"
after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining."
what can i do to fix this problem and get the GUI works fine?
remember this: when i use the live-cd mode, i have no problem!
thank you!

hit cntl-alt-bckspace

Then type xsetup.sh and re-configure your X to work, you might be using incorrect settings and an install keeps those setting static

What do you mean by swapping linux partition with DSL??

Yes

Create partition with "cfdisk" and then format it with "mkswap".  Reboot and it will be automatically detected and used.
