Yup, it's posted elsewhere.
However, since it's a good one...
Edit /etc/apt/sources.list and change it to use the 'testing' branch instead of the 'stable' branch. You'll see a bunch of lines that are commented out (they start with a #) and one line that's not. In the one line that's not commented, change the word 'stable' to 'testing' (no quotes). Save the file, then run 'apt-get update' at the command line (again, no quotes). Then you should be able to 'apt-get install make' without that error.
