I've installed DSL in my HD, have enabled apt-get, have done an update and an upgrade. Then, I've tried to use apt-get, but I always get error messages concerning dependencies. For instance, when I try to install aptitude, I get the following error:
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that the package is simply not installable and a bug report against that package should be filed. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: aptitude: Depends: libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2-3.2 E: Broken packages
I get this message and cannot install the packages. libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2-3.2 is already installed.
What can I do? I'm using DSL 3.3.
