User Feedback :: booting

ok just d/l dsl, booting off a cdrw, gets to the "found pcmcia,
loading crdmnger............freezes,.......on a dell notebook 1.4 P
512 ram........there are no cards installed just empty slot, unless its finding onboard wireless??? any ideas? thanks

What model of laptop?

Does booting with:

dsl nopcmcia

help?

I cannot boot DSL in czech language. Interface in english is not problem but ther is problem with czech keyboard. I cannot work in text and tab programs without czech fonts.:(
