User Feedback :: is this a scam?

I paid by credit card, and havent recieved my disk in the mail.. I know they call it snail mail,, but please dont ship it by snail. Is it all a scam? Or just a dam small operation too.

I personally have not ordered one (usually download it). But I have never heard of anyone getting ripped off here. How long ago did you order it? John is a busy man I am sure that you will get it, but if you are worried you could try and email him.
