Ok. I've tried to use CLI tar extracting but It didn't worked at all.

I couldn't find a linux version of a fixer program. Good luck.There are a couple of tools for extracting data from damaged zip/tar files on the RIP linux livecd. Might be worth a try. You'll need to boot up the livecd and dig through /usr/docs to find the details.
