Other Help Topics :: Num Lock LED Light?

I've checked several forums and other places for the answer to this question:

is there a way to make the Num Lock key toggle the Num Lock LED light on and off according to the Num Lock status?  Also is there a way to have DSL boot with Num Lock turned on by default?
