Other Help Topics :: UCI on Compact Flash

I need to use Firefox 1.5.0.6 .uci but I have a Compact Flash with an "hd-install" performed. Is it a bad solution? Thanks for your suggestions.

AFAIKT a uci will work fine on a hd install, and it shouldn't overwrite system files like a regular .dsl extension might.

just keep in mind that while the extension is mounted you won't be able to umount the cf.
