I'm trying to download Linux Skype and do what's necessary to save it, but the download never begins. I'm running DSL off a USB drive. So I'm wondering if there's some permissions I need to set.

Where are you trying to save it?

where I should save all my files? because I'm really newbie in linux... I dont know so much about linux, but I'm like this DSL, is really cool to use...
