Apps :: no-ip source

Hello everyone!!

I am using DSL to run a server, and that part is done (I love monkey:-)

The problem is I need an application (http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php?page=linux) to keep a server static (as I have dynamic ip), and, although i tried many different things, didn't get to install nor run it (I'm quite new in this linux world, and as here "make" doesn't exist..). Could please anybody tell me how to do it?
