Both versions of Beta 3 just boot to grub from USB; strangely, the Vbox version boots fine in vbox!

Besides what I said in the other post, you could try using Unetbootin from within windows. Have it use a pre-downloaded iso instead of going off of the select menu.

Same result with Unet as with rufus... I'm going to try to figure out what you meant by the script...
