hi
i dont know if anyone has the same problem as mine.....
i do HD-install and whenever i closed "vi" after use...the CPU usage always show busy at 100%
i use "top" to see what's going on and "vi" is taking 99% of CPU usuage.
I just did a clean installation of DSL-N again too and same problem.
Is it because of me or the bug?
thanx |

I never run hard drive installed, so have not seen the problem.
Maybe you will want to use the full VIM extension? |

Try vim in the DSL repository.
vi is just a link. |

I think I know what you are talking about. I had the same problem on my machine. I've noticed that it only happens when I close the terminal without exiting vi. If I quit vi and then close the terminal, my cpu usage stays the same. I guess there is a bug of sorts there, I think that the vi process should terminate with aterm. I don't know if this is related, but is vi on dsl-n part of busybox? |
