Hi! I searched for some help in upgrading DSL to new version but nothing was found. Can somebody help me please with upgrading to newer version? How can I do it? Thanks a lot!
P.S Should I use v3.4.x or 4.0?Are you using frugal installations? Just use the upgrade option in whichever install tool you use. Additionally, see the release notes for upgrading incrementally (which files need changing, usually in your $HOME directory).
Using 3.x or 4.x is up to your preference, as they are quite different in terms of desktop functionality.Is there an easy way too to upgrade a Debian type installation?

I have no idea, same problem for me. I did a standart type of installation not frugal. And now want to upgrade to higher version. The easiest way to upgrade would be a new installation. But then I would lose all the data Next Page...
