Freeciv on Linux is weird though. And no network play either :( .

But anyway I installed it by going to debian and downloading all the dependences manually (I have no networking under linux).

And I made the icons in gimp and the links in scite. If it werent for the rox file browser I wouldnt have discovered those hidden directories :;):

I was also pertty surprised that it worked too :D
And another plus is that I got a bunch of extra extensions for gimp.
FreeCiv does have network play.  That's one of the point of having a FreeCiv server.  People could connect to your IP address and play against you over the internet.

The desktop looks nice.
Heres my DSL/Linux box desktop Hope to use the machine as my general Linux box and eventual webserver.
Nice desktop...  clean..

Oh the Subaru folder is a collection of WRC rally pics from a few years ago! Of course the models have been update a bit since then, look here !  :cool:
