first thing

HD Install
get the dpkg dsl
edit the apt config files to give you unstable sources and a testing server
apt-get distro-upgrade
apt-get kde
sudo startkde
why "sudo startkde"? You shouldn't need root access to start a desktop environment

getting it to install was hard enough, you need to run it as root or it will give you errors
dont you think I tried to run it as dsl?:D
