the new netcardconf script should add opt/ethX.sh line in /home/dsl/.filetool.sh
legalize cannabis, coke,New netcardconfig? You mean this as an idea or suggestion, a feature enhancement?I have tried Conky from the repository (v1.3.3) on my Libretto & it reports the battery info the same as torsmo v0.18 (i.e. it sees the acpi battery state in the 'non-standard' directory). As a bonus the .torsmorc settings file can be renamed/copied to .conkyrc & it seems to work OK (at least for the basic settings I use). The only downside to Conky is it is twice the size of torsmo. Mikshaw packaged it as the UCI in the repository with the xft libraries which added another 90kb or so. These aren't really needed unless you want different fonts. Conky does look a better long term solution as it is actively supported (last release 30/8/07)I'm talking about the netcardconf.lua script: in order to save the settings on reboot the /opt/eth0.sh (in my case eth0, but could be also eth1, wlan0, etc) should be added to /home/dsl/.filetool.lst Another problem is that the lua script is a bit regressive cause it doesn't auto recognise the nameservers as the Klaus Knopper one does.

This is very minor...
The DSL home page still links to the discussion for 4.0RC3.
