Laptops :: challenge::AT&T Globalyst 130

i just recently dug up an old AT&T Golbalyst 130 laptop out of my attic. i was wondering how if i could put linux on such an old machine then i stubbled upon this site. so how would i go about installing dsl on this machine? when i go into system specs it gives me this:

750mb HD
memory;
640kb base
3072kb extended
128kb shadow
256kb reserved
4096kn total
1.44mb diskette drive
cpu speed is either fastclock or slowclock
COM Port COM1(3F8h)

does any of this help/does any of this info matter? can dsl be put on here and if so how would i go about doing so/ any help appreciated.....

Any usb's? No cdrom?
nope sorry it just has a built in floppy drive
PCMCIA card slot would solve the problem with DSL boot floppy...
Your 4 MB is the bottleneck. You can forget DSL - you could look at http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/baslinux/.
