Title: Does dsl-4.11.rc2.iso when burnt to DVD support AHCI drives?
Post by: leogets on March 17, 2013, 11:33:06 PM
Hello,
I downloaded and burnt dsl-4.11.rc2.iso to a dvd when I boot, I get the following:
Running From USB Devices...Done (even though I burnt the image to a DVD using UltraISO)
Can't find KNOPPIX file system...sorry.
and because the viewable screen is slightly larger than my monitor all I get to see at the end is:
ppix # with a flashing cursor... nothing can be done at this point except turn off the power and then reboot.
I get the same ending with dsl-4.11.rc1.iso and also when I mount dsl-4.4.10-embedded.zip to a USB Drive.

Nothing seems to work to get any of the images to load so I can boot\load into a running OS of Damn Small Linux.
Does this OS even work?
