Implementation of updated  Open GL

Seems that the version inside Dsl is Mesa 4.3.0 so implements the OpenGL 1.3 API
coming from far past 2001.

In myDsl we can found a Mesa 6.5.2 from May 2007, so OpenGL 1.5 API
http://distro.ibiblio.org/damnsmall/mydsl/testing/

Today (end 2012) Version 9.x of Mesa implements the OpenGL 3.1 API
