Hello,
I have the sources for DSL using kernel 2.4.31.  I am having trouble compiling the kernel.

I have extracted LINUX_2_.TGZ and LINUX_2.BZ2
They both appear to have a kernel sources in them.

Which one is the right kernel?  I am unable to get either to compile, after copying the DSL.CON file into the direcotry as .config and running make oldconfig

Neither one of these compiles.  Both failing at different points.

Is there any instruction on how to build this kernel?

thanks,

I don't believe there are any instructions for compiling the DSL kernel. Your best bet might be searching the old forum.
