DSL needs a hex editor

Looked in the MyDSL browser for a hex editor and to my surprise there isn't one. DSL needs a hex editor so we can hex edit some files!

Perhaps OD could be hacked with some feature
to allow rereading is's hex output back to a
binary file.
Then any editor could be used.
