Booting USB Chromebook Error

Hey

so im running Linux Mint on my chromebook now native and would like to try DSL, ive flashed the USB with the distro image and plugged in the USB and booted from it, but i get this error message:


failed: verify it contains a 64-bit UEFI OS

how it looks in the USB i used etcher to burn the image:

I've found a few posts in the Web about the error message you quote, but there doesn't seem to be a common cause or solution.

There's some indication that Etcher may be the problem, so try Ventoy instead. I think Ventoy is better anyway, since you can put several ISOs on a single USB drive.
