hello.
EDIT2: problem solved. after finding some weird messages when doing an 'lsof | grep loop' but seeing nothing when using the 'mount' command, i rebooted my system and now everything works fine. last reboot is some weeks away so maybe something went wrong since then.
i can mount firefox-1.5.uci when i extract it and then mount it like:
extract_compressed_fs firefox-1.5.uci > firefox-1.5.iso mount -o loop firefox-1.5.iso foobar/
