GRUB boot loader is used for booting these OSes.

Now for past 3 days my system is constantly restarting. In DSL while doing fsck during booting on the midway it restarts. In windows after logging in it restarts. Some times after logging in to DSL  after a minute or so it restarts.

No session lasts for more than 5 mintes in either. What may be the reason.

Please help.

Is it any Virus??

sounds like you got hardware issues, the rebooting is a safety thing. something is not working or something is getting to hot. i'm not sure how much you know about the inner workings of your computer, so i'm not going to go into it.

Does all fans work (cpu, chip set, ....)?
Take out all cables and reseat them - there may be a bad contact somewhere.

blow out all the dust, if there is any, then grab a flash light and look around the mother board for any burnt spots(shorts). if you have a spare hd try with that, to see if it might be your hd. last thing will be the power supply, you'll have to use a volt meter to check if it's got constant power or if it's fluctuating. Also check your bios and see if it's set to reboot when power is lost, if it is i would start looking at the power first, check your plugs,start from out side and work your way in to where the power is connected to the board.
