blow out all the dust, if there is any, then grab a flash light and look around the mother board for any burnt spots(shorts). if you have a spare hd try with that, to see if it might be your hd. last thing will be the power supply, you'll have to use a volt meter to check if it's got constant power or if it's fluctuating. Also check your bios and see if it's set to reboot when power is lost, if it is i would start looking at the power first, check your plugs,start from out side and work your way in to where the power is connected to the board.
