It says Permission denied, right? And if the permissions needed is the root, just use the terminal (Command line) to get temporary root access. If you don't know how to do this, simply type: su <Enter> <Root password> <enter>
This should give you root permissions, and let you do it. Hopefully you know how to run the program from within the terminal... If not, try logging into the root account and changing the permissions for it. If this doesn't help any, sorry, because I'm not all that familair with Fedora. Me = Just a Linux n00b.
