Fluxbox stable doesn't have this sort of startup settings other than .xinitrc.  In this case, the sound would play before Fluxbox loaded, unless you used a sound with a pause at the beginning.  Doing it that way, however, means that the sound would play regardless of whether Fluxbox successfully loaded.

Now , I`m working on installing iDESK on DSL to set the icons transparency.

Did anyone know how to set transparency for all most aplications?

I will try to set alpha for XMMS and Mplayer , the most used aplications.
