E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

i tried apt-get install dpkg successfully, and it always says this, could someone help me with this?
i cant install nothing with this :S

It has been thru many changes in the past few months..

Try it and re-install...

my problem is now fixed, i downloaded dpkg-preconfigure and modified status and now it works fine! :D
