I've got the LiveCD and a boot floppy.  (They both work, I've tested them.)  When I try to install to this computer, I get to the DSL splash boot screen,  but I continually get a "Boot failed, please change disks...", no matter what command I use.  I just reformatted the HD (233 MB).  What do I need to do from here to get it to work?  The floppy is A, the HD is C, and the CD-ROM drive is R.

Try doing a poorman's loadlin install.

Search the forums for keyword

loadlin

or a different search for

poorman

and search

ALL FORUMS

and FROM THE BEGINNING or NEWER
