JohnH, you would need to add /home/dsl/.xinitrc to the backups file list. I don't know about this since I use an HD install but there are plenty of posts dealing with persistent data. I think it is called .filetoollist or something like that.

the file is in the /home/dsl directory and it is called .filetool.lst and you can access it through emelfm with the H button.
