Hi all, new to dsl. downloaded the iso and burn it to cd using nero. Cd can boot and run normally under new PC but have problem booting from a pentium 100mhz 8mb ram pc. Have the following syntax:

ISOLinux 2.0.4 (Debian, 2003.06.06) isolinux. Disk error 01, AX:42B4, drive FF.

Boot Failed, Press a key to retry.

Tried changing the Cd-rom and burn CD under lower speed. Same problem. Any suggestions???

As it seems your computer is very old and it has different boot mechanism. You propably need an alternative DSL CD image to burn. Syslinux is the ansver to this. <------- DSL 3.0.1 link.

I had same problems with 200MHz Pentium machine until i tried Syslinux version.
