Hi stand. Yes, it is possible to autoconfigure it by inserting modules as necessary (modprobe and insmod). In my case, I was lucky with one of my computers (my music DAW), which has a motherboard soundcard (nothing special - just ES 1373) and a nice Yamaha PCI soundcard I bought. DSL auto-detected the PCI card automatically, identifying it correctly.
EDIT: oh hang on - you want to use both cards at the same time. Wouldn't that cause an interrupt conflict? Perhaps someone else might know.
