In DSL, I read that the refresh is 60hz. Less than 72 is not good for the eyes. Can I install XFree86.dsl, create a XF86Config-4 file with Henk1955's 'generic?' vesa or framebuffer (which one?) scripts, and in addition? perhaps install my display driver (S3 Savage IX, Savage 4.0.3 binary.tgz.) Or is it not that simple? All I want to achieve is 72+hz & not be taxing my hardware. Any replies will be most appreciated. andy.
