Yes, it's created by default.  I have flashplayer.xpt in mine.  
Just install the plugin and backup $HOME to hardrive. (rt click on desktop, system/backup-restore)

got it working by ading to
/home/dsl/.opera/pluginpath.ini line:
/home/dsl/.mozilla/plugins=1
(earlier was, mozila have auto installed flash plugin)

It's up to 256MB now...Firefox is much happier.
